1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cloaking Script services provided by Cloaking Pro Indonesia ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

2.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our cloaking script software subject to the following conditions:

• The license is valid for the number of domains specified in your purchased package
• The license is valid for the duration specified in your package (30 days, 365 days, or lifetime)
• You may only use the script on domains registered and whitelisted in your license
• Each license is tied to your user account and cannot be transferred to another person

3. Domain Limit Enforcement

Our cloaking scripts include a domain limit enforcement system based on your purchased package:

• Starter Package: 2 domains maximum
• Professional Package: 6 domains maximum
• Enterprise Package: 35 domains maximum
• Lifetime Package: 100 domains maximum

4. Bandwidth Limit & Usage Policy

Each license has a daily bandwidth (request) limit based on your purchased package:

• Starter Package: 5,000 requests/day
• Professional Package: 50,000 requests/day
• Enterprise Package: 500,000 requests/day
• Lifetime Package: 1,000,000 requests/day

4.1 How Bandwidth Works

• Every visitor accessing your cloaking script counts as 1 request
• Bandwidth counter resets daily at 00:00 WIB (UTC+7)
• Bot traffic (Google, Facebook crawlers, etc.) also counts towards your limit
• You can monitor real-time usage in Dashboard → Bandwidth Usage

4.2 What Happens When Limit is Reached

If you need more bandwidth, you have two options:

• Upgrade Package: Upgrade to a higher tier package (includes more bandwidth + features)
• Purchase Bandwidth Addon: Add extra bandwidth to your current license:
  • 10,000 requests - Rp 50.000
  • 50,000 requests - Rp 200.000
  • 100,000 requests - Rp 350.000
  • 250,000 requests - Rp 800.000

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If the script does not work as described due to technical issues on our end
• Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase
• You must provide proof of the issue (error logs, screenshots)
• License must not have been flagged for tampering or abuse

6. Support & Updates

6.1 Technical Support

We provide technical support based on your package:

• Starter: Email support (response within 48 hours)
• Professional: Priority email support (response within 24 hours)
• Enterprise: 24/7 dedicated support via email & WhatsApp
• Lifetime: 24/7 premium support with dedicated account manager

6.2 Software Updates

Active licenses receive free updates including:

• Security patches and bug fixes
• Compatibility updates for new PHP versions
• Feature enhancements

Note: Modified or tampered licenses will NOT receive updates.

7. License Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately if:

• You violate any terms of this agreement
• Tampering or license bypass attempts are detected
• You use the script for illegal activities
• You abuse our support services
• Chargeback fraud is detected

8. Intellectual Property

The cloaking script, including all code, documentation, and related materials, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Claim ownership of the script
• Reproduce or distribute the source code without authorization
• Create derivative works without written permission

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Suspended advertising accounts
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

11. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your hosting environment meets system requirements
• Keeping your license key confidential
• Backing up your data regularly
• Complying with all applicable laws and advertising platform policies
• Monitoring your script for proper functionality

12. Privacy & Data Collection

Our script may collect the following data for monitoring and security purposes:

• License key validation requests
• Domain names using the script
• Number of domains configured
• Usage statistics (via heartbeat monitoring)
• Violation logs (if tampering is detected)

This data is used solely for license enforcement and fraud prevention.

13. Reseller Terms

If you purchase a reseller package, additional terms apply:

• You may resell licenses to your clients at your own pricing
• You earn commission on each sale as specified in your package
• You are responsible for providing support to your clients
• You may not misrepresent the product or make false claims
• Reseller privileges may be revoked for violations

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Indonesian courts.
